Installation Guidelines
Review the complete installation instructions before beginning your project.
Installing Masonry
Day 1
- Install 2 layers of weather-resistant barrier
- Install rainscreen
- Install metal lath
- Apply a coat of mortar
Day 2
- Create a scratch coat in the mortar - let dry for the day
Day 3
- Continuing drying for the day
Day 4
- Apply mortar to back of stone, press onto the scratch coat - let dry for the day
Day 5
- Continuing drying for the day Day 6
Day 6
- Apply grout between the stones - let dry for the day
Day 7
- Continuing drying for the day
Day 8
- Remove excess grout with a wire brush

- Install CertainTeed CertaWrap™
- Screw in panels and accessories
