This roof replacement project included limited set up, tall, high pitched roof areas, as well as coordination with other trades. The home is located on a peninsula within a small inland lake and the grade around the home has a dramatic pitch that descends away from the home. Asphalt shingles were removed and 80 square of CertainTeed Independence Shingles were installed. The metal chimney cap on the top of the 60 tall chimney was also replaced.
