Terms & Conditions and CertainTeed Privacy Policy
Follow these conditions of acceptance to receive your Contractor Rewards:
1) Purchase any of the qualifying CertainTeed products during the promotion dates 1/1/26 - 12/31/26.
2) Include a copy of each invoice as proof of purchase when submitting the redemption form. Invoices must be received with your completed redemption form within 90 days of purchase date to be eligible. Invoices submitted beyond this time frame will be rejected. Invoices submitted must clearly show distributor name, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and description of items purchased. CertainTeed will not accept order acknowledgments, packing slips, pick tickets, sales reports, sales quotes, or credit memos as proof of purchase for rebate payouts.
3) Contractors who are newly registered in the program may submit invoices dated up to ninety (90) calendar days prior to their enrollment date. Invoices dated earlier than this period will not be accepted.
4) Submit your redemption form by one of the following methods:

(B) Mail your completed rebate form and invoices to:

**We suggest that if you submit by mail that you send it in a traceable format.
(C) Eligible Distributors may submit invoices on behalf of contractors; however, it is the sole responsibility of the contractor to enroll with the distributor and to monitor their rewards to ensure that all eligible invoices are being submitted. CertainTeed shall not be held accountable for contractors who fail to complete enrollment with their selected distributor.
5) Program is strictly for siding and roofing remodeling/retrofit contractors only.
6) In instances where Unit of Measure, Unit Price and Extended Price are redacted from submitted invoices, CertainTeed will defer to the lowest paying Unit of Measure (UOM) when calculating rebate amounts.
7) To ensure continued eligibility for rebate disbursements, please note that there is a maximum allowable balance on the reloadable Visa Prepaid card. Once this threshold is reached, no additional funds can be loaded, and no alternate form of payment will be issued. Future rebates will be held until the card balance is reduced, at which point remaining funds can be applied. Any held funds that remain unclaimed after the program year has closed will be forfeited.
Please allow 4 weeks processing for online submissions and 8 weeks for mailed-in submissions from time of receipt. Payment could take up to an additional 2 weeks.
CertainTeed is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected submissions. This offer is only available to customers with mailing addresses in the United States. This offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail and wire fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341, 1342, and 1343), or similar applicable law, and CertainTeed reserves the right to immediately terminate your participation in the program and take all such further actions as it deems fit. All submitted materials become property of CertainTeed and will not be returned.

Rebate paid in USD for US program participants. Rebates are paid solely based on the volume of purchases and at an amount that is dependent on the product, which is specified in the additional terms and conditions referenced in the redemption form. By submitting a redemption form, participants acknowledge that the amount of the rebate paid is not determined by any other factor.
CertainTeed retains the right to reverse any overpayments that may be a result of duplicate submissions, incorrect rebate calculations, or for any other reason, directly from participants' cards.
CertainTeed reserves the right to change or cancel the Contractor Cash Back rebate program at any time, including modifying these Terms & Conditions.
CertainTeed will collect, use, and disclose the personal information you provide when you submit your redemption form for the purposes of administering the Contractor Cash Back rebate program. You may be (optionally) offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from CertainTeed about its products, events, information, and upcoming promotions.
