The Science Is Sound
Acoustic Planks combine the warmth of wood with high-performance sound absorption, making them ideal for both ceiling and wall applications. Available in a range of groove, microperforated, and unperforated patterns, these planks offer design flexibility and acoustic performance up to 0.95 NRC with Acoustic Infill. Unique v-groove configurations enhance sound absorption by focusing energy transfer across a broader surface area.
Manufactured with low-emitting, sustainable wood materials to support green building initiatives, including LEED®—FSC® available upon request (FSC-C151918).
Reflective Unperforated Acoustic Plank Wood are designed to reflect sound waves back into the space. They are an excellent choice for spaces where sound transmission needs to be reduced between spaces or where a solid tongue and groove visual is desired. Rondolo® Micro-Perforated Acoustic Planks have a microperforated natural wood veneer face, perforated core, and sound absorbing black fleece laminated to the back, achieving a noise reduction coefficient up to 0.85 NRC in both ceiling and wall applications when installed with acoustic infill. Solo™ Grooved Acoustic Planks feature a proprietary 2mm v-grooves on the face, creating a channeled, linear aesthetic and achieve noise reduction coefficient up to 0.85 NRC in both ceiling and wall applications when installed with acoustic infill.
