Remove three layers of asphalt shingles and wood shakes to access existing space decking. installed plywood sheathing and prepared the sheathing to accept new underlayment to include wintergaurd and roofrunner. replaced all metal flashings and completed the project with certainteed northgate climateflex shingles in granite gray. due to the difficult access and roof pitch, the project was complete in two days and the homeowners received a 5-star warranty.
