One Park Condominiums is a 14-story condominium building and the first large-scale residential property built in the borough (Cliffside Park, NJ) in over a generation. Perched high above the Hudson River with beautiful views of Manhattan, the project features 25,000 square-feet of outdoor and indoor amenities, including an aquatic center, fitness center, golf simulator, a rooftop deck with grilling areas and fire pits, a children’s playroom, pet spa, guest suites and electric car charging stations. The project also features a 326 space Unitronics parking system, which allows residents to pull into a large port that is ADA-compliant, turn off their car, take their keys and leave just footsteps from the front door and go to a kiosk where they enter their information and the garage will park the car on its own. For this project, the contractor converted everything to CertainTeed because products were more cost-effective with the same level of performance as competitors. The building used CertainTeed's soundboard and thermal insulation.
