With an accelerated schedule, the team had to work 7-day work weeks and manage this custom project and accomplish the construction of the 80+ units. The project’s main building had barreled ceilings which was challenging to contort and apply product to, and many of the buildings had contorted ceilings. The contractor also had to outfit corridors of the hall with soffit, adhere to lighting codes, etc. 

There are six additional 'Blossom' projects to be constructed in the future, with 'Blossom Springs,' the next phase, to be starting in 2019. Due to the high quality and service performed on this project, Modern Drywall has been selected as the contractor of choice, and it plans to again partner with CertainTeed. The project was originally specified with Armstrong tile, but CertainTeed Cashmere and Sandmicro were substituted and installed throughout the main building and the numerous cottages. In fact, the contractor participates in CertainTeed Building Solutions Loyalty Program. The end product was a high-quality project that the owners were very satisfied with.
