This is a project located in Bellevue, WA where we installed CertainTeeds new Presidio Metal Tile shingles. The owner wanted the Spanish Tile look without having to re-frame the entire roof. The home was built in the 60s and would not be able to support the additional load of traditional Tiles. CertainTeed Presidio Tile allowed them to achieve the look they wanted without the added cost of installing new trusses. We installed CertainTeeds Metalayment over the entire roof surface then the Presidio Metal Tile Shingles. Shown in Terra Cotta.
