Concentration vs. Collaboration: Finding the Balance
More than half of occupants surveyed as part of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) WorkPlace 20•20 evaluation remained dissatisfied with noise levels in their new environment. This finding led the GSA to conclude, "the need to support both collaboration and focused individual work is the core dilemma of the modern workplace."
