- Quotes are for estimation purposes and is not a guarantee of cost for products or systems and is not binding on CertainTeed. This Quote is based on current information that CertainTeed has received from you about the project requirements. You understand and acknowledge that prices quoted herein are subject to mark-up and adjustment by distributors and applicators. Actual cost may change once project elements are finalized or negotiated.
- Quotes valid if PO is placed within 30 days of the date of Quote.
- Orders are subject to credit approval, and deposits and/or progressive billing may be required for credit purposes.
- Payment terms are 60 days net from raised shell. However, to initiate the order and secure the design and engineering efforts for the project, a non-refundable cash payment equal to 10% of the total order value is required.
- Orders delayed for any reason other than a Seller delay are subject to a daily storage charge. Ship dates greater than two weeks of the originally agreed upon date between the parties during the design phase will generate a storage fee of 0.1% per day, based on the value of the material and products, which will be charged weekly and at a minimum of $25 per day and a maximum of $250 per day.
- All sales are final upon the parties’ execution of Seller’s written order confirmation and may not be canceled or changed without written approval of Seller, such approval to be withheld in Seller's sole discretion. In the event of a Seller-accepted order cancellation, the Buyer shall be responsible for reimbursing the Seller for all expenses directly related to the order that cannot be reasonably repurposed for another buyer, including but not limited to, materials and labor costs, as well as any applicable cancellation fees incurred from third parties, such as transportation and installation services.
- Upon receipt of the non-refundable 10% advance payment, Seller shall schedule two design review meetings with the Buyer for the purpose of finalizing the design for the subsequent phase of the construction process. Any requested modifications made by the Buyer after the designated design freeze date and approved by Seller shall result in additional charges.
- All CertainTeed siding brands can be installed in factory, but Buyer must communicate its siding selection in its purchase order as not all models within the brands may be compatible with your specific house performance requirements
- Standard exterior trim includes windows J-pocket, gables, band board and corners, but does not include column and railing.
- Buyer agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are the sole terms and conditions between the parties and any additional or contrary terms and conditions in Buyer's purchase order or other documents are null and void.
