Logements Carpe Diem

Located in Lévis, this construction project (Carpe Diem Housing Solidarity Cooperative)—valued at approximately $8M—is in submission until December 15, 2017. The work involves the construction of a building of four floors housing 45 family housing units, which will require the demolition of the Church of St. Bernadette, owned by the Fabrique St-Joseph in Lévis.
