Built to LEED – Platinum standards, the Humber College Center for Technology Innovation is a Net Zero Building, offset with solar panels on the parking structure, a green roof, passive heating cooling, a high-performance roofing and building envelope system, and rain gardens.

The five-story, 93,000 SF facility, will feature a datacenter, cyber physical factory, automated guided vehicles, prototyping labs, interactive technology zones and digital media studios. Humber College is taking a bold step forward in pioneering a new solution to the technological and innovation challenges facing Canada’s manufacturing industry.
