The subdivision of Westchase, north of Tampa, Florida, is made up of twenty-eight villages. One of those villages, a particularly distinctive one, is named West Park Village. It is an upscale community made up of 3,000 single- and multi-family residences. Although relatively new, it is reminiscent of a picture-perfect Norman Rockwell painting. There is even a West Park Village Town Center with a park and a bandstand. A coffee shop sits nearby amongst a limited amount of retail space.
