Contractors and Distributors Can Now Transform Roofing Projects into Personalized Billboards with the CertainTeed Roofing Brand Your Roof™ Program

(Valley Forge, Pa.) – CertainTeed introduces Brand Your Roof™, a program that allows distributors and contractors to add their company logo to roofing underlayment. The program makes it easy to order a company logo and contact information imprinted on DiamondDeck™ synthetic underlayment, essentially doing double-duty by turning a current roofing project into a personalized billboard for motorists driving by.

“The Brand Your Roof program provides distributors and contractors a powerful advertising tool with lead generation potential,” says Martha Strick, director of marketing for CertainTeed Roofing. “We are excited to be able to offer this new promotional service to our valued customers and feature our best-in-class underlayment in terms of both weather protection and contractor safety.”

Brand Your Roof allows company logos and contact information to be printed in up to three colors within a 24-inch by 42-inch area and repeated across a DiamondDeck underlayment 10-square roll, which is 48 inches wide by 250 feet long.

DiamondDeck is a synthetic, scrim-reinforced, polymer-based roof underlayment that can be used beneath shingle, shake, metal or slate roofing. Installed on steep-slope roof decks, it serves as a water-resistant layer beneath roofing shingles. The product is lightweight, easy to carry and includes a special top surface treatment for superior traction and slip resistance in both dry and wet conditions. The cool gray surface color ensures a more comfortable working environment. DiamondDeck offers exceptional dimensional stability when exposed to moisture, will not wrinkle and is resistant to punctures.

With six-month UV stability, underlayment installation can take place on a more flexible timeline, without compromising the integrity of the roof. DiamondDeck also meets the requirements of ASTM D226 and ASTM D4869.  For more information, visit www.certainteed.com.
