For this project we completed an insurance claim roof replacement, installing CertainTeed Landmark® Class 3 Impact Rated shingles in Moire Black for a clean, modern appearance and enhanced protection against severe weather. As part of the restoration, insurance approved and paid for a complete re-deck of the roof, allowing the existing decking to be replaced and providing a solid, uniform substrate for the new roofing system. Our team also installed new CertainTeed ridge vent and completed chimney repairs and flashing work to help ensure the roof system was properly sealed and protected from water intrusion.
