A new CertainTeed Landmark roofing system in Heather Blend for Cascade Condominiums in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This project included a full tear-off, new ice & water protection, synthetic underlayment, updated chimney flashing, ridge ventilation, and new rain diverters for lasting protection.
