ColorView Upload Your Home Terms

THE PROGRAM

CertainTeed, in cooperation with RenoWorks Software, Inc., has developed the “ColorView Upload Your Home” program, with the following components:

Register for the program by uploading a photo of your home and paying the refundable $50 fee/photo upfront, using a credit card.

Submit the requested contact information, which will then be forwarded to three CertainTeed credentialed contractors in your area. You are under no obligation to use these contractors for your home improvement project.

Within seven business days, a URL link to your home in ColorView will be emailed to you. In addition, you will receive instructions and a form to use for processing your rebate from Cooperative Media, the firm CertainTeed has partnered with to process the rebate.

To obtain your rebate, you must first purchase at least ten squares (1,000 square feet) of CertainTeed siding or roofing products. No other CertainTeed products qualify for the rebate. You are required to submit the rebate form and acceptable proof of purchase to Cooperative Media at the address provided.

Rebates may take up to 45 days to arrive. Only one rebate is permitted per household.

Rebates are sent as a debit card, issued by Citi Prepaid Services. Rebate debit cards must be used within 12 months after receipt.

Not all CertainTeed product colors and profiles are available in the ColorView Upload Your Home program.

By participating in the ColorView Upload Your Home program, you authorize a CertainTeed representative to contact you to follow-up with a brief customer survey. In addition, a RenoWorks Software representative may contact you if the photo you provide is not acceptable.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Customer agrees that it has read and agrees to be bound by the CertainTeed Terms of Use.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

A customer making the credit card payment will be asked by the credit card service provider to furnish personal identifying information, the credit card number and expiration date, the amount of the payment and the payment application information. The credit card service provider’s fee is contained in the $50 fee.

Customers will receive a confirmation number from the credit card service provider as proof of payment.

Following authorization of the credit card payment, the credit card service provider will forward to CertainTeed only the information needed for CertainTeed to provide the customer’s contact information to the CertainTeed Credentialed Contractors. CertainTeed will not receive any personal credit card information, such as credit card number or account status.

CertainTeed is not indicating a preference for any credit card service provider, but presents the link solely as a convenience to the Customer. The decision to use or not to use the services offered by the credit card service provider is entirely up to the Customer. Questions regarding content, privacy policies and/or security procedures of the credit card service provider should be directed to the provider, not to CertainTeed.

INFORMATION PROVIDED TO CONTRACTORS

Customers who opt to do so, may have limited contact information provided by them given to up to three CertainTeed credentialed contractors in their geographic area. By selecting this option, the customer agrees that its contact information may be provided to the contractors. CertainTeed has implemented procedures to safeguard the customer’s contact information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Colors shown are mechanically reproduced. Due to the nature of electronic media, color and size may vary from the actual products. Please refer to an actual product sample for true representations. We recommend that you look at actual product samples before making a product or a product color selection for your home.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Site originates from and is maintained in the United States of America, and the Company makes no representations regarding the legality of access to or use of the Site or the materials from other countries. Access in countries where the materials are illegal is prohibited. Users who access the Site from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable U.S. export and local country laws. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
