DryRoof TU - Self-Adhering Waterproofing Roofing Underlayment for Tile Roofs

CertainTeed's DryRoof TU waterproofing underlayment for tile roofs is the solution for winning the battle against water penetration in your roof's most vulnerable places. 
 
DryRoof TU is a composite material of asphalt polymers, formed into a rolled sheet.  The asphalt makes it vapor tight and the polymers make the asphalt elastic and sticky.  This protective barrier is able to stretch and seal around nails driven through it.

DryRoof™ TU is an advanced waterproofing underlayment for metal, shingle, slate and tile roofs.  It is specifically designed for use with adhesive-set tiles and is formulated to resist temperatures up to 250°F.

Miami-Dade - Underlayment Systems

DryRoof TU's self-adhering bottom surface speeds installation and is protected by a disposable silicone coated release film.  The film is split down the middle for simple and cost-effective application.  Even more important, DryRoof TU can be repositioned before deck adhesion occurs.  DryRoof TU has a 90-day extended exposure.

DryRoof TU is warranted against manufacturing defects and to remain watertight for the same period as the warranty duration carried by the roofing material applied above it - up to a maximum of 50 years.
