CertaForm

With CertainTeed’s new CertaForm flexible flatwork form, contractors can easily tackle curved designs associated with patios, driveways, and decks. CertaForm performs like wood - easily drilled, nailed, and staked. CertaForm holds its shape during pour with minimal staking and is compatible with standard lumber sizes. Available in 2x4 and 2x6 nominal sizes, each form is 12 feet long, weighs only 5 and 8 pounds respectively, and can create a 12” radius curve. CertaForm is made of cellular polyvinyl chloride (PVC) that does not absorb moisture, is chemical resistant, cleans quickly and does not warp or crack. The product’s durability means it can be reused multiple times and is easy to transport and store due to its convenient size.

CertaForm drills, nails, and stakes just like wood and is compatible with standard lumber sizes.  For an easy layout, CertaForm is 12 feet long, having no excess length. CertaForm also does not warp, crack, or bow and retains its flexibility.
